Modern and high-technology equipment and solution of ecological problems Today, ecological specialists familiarized with the manufacturing process of the group of companies "NEFIS group".

The First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, Rustam Nigmatullin, and the delegation of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the Minister, Farid Abdulganiev, visited today a Kazan company on production of household chemicals fat-and-oil products "Nefis Group".The delegation was accompanied by the First Deputy Chief Engineer of "Kazan oil-extracting factory" JSC, Farit Gazitullin, and Chief Engineer - Chief Technology Officer of "Kazan fat-processing integrated works" JSC, Roman Sergeev. Representatives of the Ministry and the Executive Committee familiarized in detail with the manufacturing process and the equipment used for production, as well as the results of implementation of nature protection campaigns providing for decrease in the emissions and discharges of pollutants into the air.Participants of the delegation visitedthe departments for acceptance, purification, drying and storage of oilseeds; the department for preparation of seeds and forepressing; the extraction department; the department for extraction cake granulation and storage; the department for oil storage; the area of oil deodorization, fat refining, production of mayonnaise and ketchup. Farit Gazitullin acknowledged that there are 43 purification facilities at the company (type У21-ББЦ (multicyclone dust collectors) manufactured by "Melmash plant", Kurgan). Project efficiency for coarse grain dust collection amounts to 95-98%. Moreover, there are 2 absorbers: one for collection of hexane vapors when they are discharged from a road-tanker into a container, and one at the main production site in the area for recuperation of reversible solvent. "Modern and high-tech equipment located at the company allow for considerable reduction of the impact on the environment", acknowledged Farid Abdulganiev.He noted positive results of the group of companies "NEFIS Group" in the area of nature protection and expressed willingness to cooperate in solution of ecological problems.

Following the results of familiarization with the manufacturing process and nature protection activity of the company,administration of the Ministry and the group of companies "NEFIS Group" agreed on further cooperation in solution of issues pertaining to the decrease in emissions of pollutants into the air, as well as on assurance of fulfillment of the requirements of the federal legislation concerning ecological monitoring.
