An ecological and educational holiday was held for the pre-schoolers of one of the nurseries of Arsk

An ecological and educational holiday devoted to birds and their protection was held for the pre-schoolers of one of the nurseries of Arsk under Arsk elementary school No. 3.

Experts of the Northern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the event. The campaign aimed at development in children of careful attitude to nature, fauna, as well as at broadening of their outlook. The children read poems about nature and protection of the feathered assistants of a human being.

Experts of the Northern Territorial Department suggested the children join the ranks of the "Young ornithologist" movement organized at Arsk school No. 3. Young ornithologists study birds that live in the Republic, and make birdhouses for them. Pre-schoolers will now take active part in the movement as well. Ecological specialists also reminded the little ones about the rules of behavior outdoors.
