Large-scale Saturday work campaigns were held in Alekseevskoe and Novosheshminsk municipal districts

Citizens of Alekseevskoe and Novosheshminsk municipal districts went out to clean the streets from litter that had accumulated during winter.

Saturday work campaigns are held both on weekends and on working days. In such a way, on April 13th, fellow workers of organizations and companies participated in a large-scale cleaning campaign on the assigned territories.

Large-scale cleaning campaigns were held also on Saturday, April 16th. All in all, 2,740 people participated in the cleaning campaign in Alekseevskoe district. All in all, 34 units of machinery were engaged in the cleaning, and 540 m3 of litter were removed. As for Novosheshminsk district, 839 people participated in the cleaning campaign, engaging 28 units of machinery, and 1,576.6 m3 of litter were removed.

Beautification work will be continued for two more months in the framework of the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign announced by the Republican authorities.
