Cleanliness around us: more than a thousand citizens of Nizhnekamsk went to to clean the streets

         "It is clean there where nobody litters!"  - under this slogan more than a thousand citizens of Nizhnekamsk participated in a large-scale cleaning campaign. The campaign is organized in the framework of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign. Citizens of Nizhnekamsk cleaned parks, square gardens, streets, residential areas, playgrounds for kids, and public recreation places from trash, empty bottles and PE bags, and they also cut trees and bushes.  "To live in a clean, beautified and green city - is both a desire and an obligation for all of us. We should all together show the love and respect to the motherland", acknowledged participants of the cleaning campaign. In the nearest future, fellow workers of "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" will go out to clean the Khimikov avenue, while on April 27-28, the second stage of the spring cleaning will be held – curbs and tree trunks will be whitewashed, and pavements will be thoroughly swept one more time. The aim of the event is to bring the territory of the Republic into compliance with the requirements of ecological and sanitary & epidemiological safety of the population.

         As a reminder, the Ministry of Ecology announced a contest for active participants of Saturday work campaigns and nature protection campaigns. In order to participate, one should be subscribed to the official Instagram account of the Ministry of Ecology and post his/her photo or a video spot from the Saturday work campaign or any other nature protection campaign under the hashtag #ECOSPRING2016.
