Children from Arsk district familiarized with organic food and the principles of healthy eating

"A sound mind in a sound body", - the event related to the World Day of Health Protection was held under this slogan at nursery No. 8 of Arsk Municipal District. Experts of the Northern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the event. Children attending nurseries No.8 and No.11 were told aboutformation of ecological culture, about principles of healthy eating and living, they were also informed on how to elaborate the menu correctly, what products are harmful, and what products are organic and thus safe for children. Together with fellow workers of the Northern Territorial Department and teachers of physical culture they went for a walk in a forest, where they did some coordination exercises and played brain games. The event aimed at development of a spiritually and physically sound person, dissemination of ecological knowledge among the young generation,formation of ecology-oriented mindset, as well as maintenance and development of the system of continuous ecological education and enlightenment in the Republic of Tatarstan.
