Sand was illegally extracted in Yudino village "Black diggers" were caught by law-enforcement officers

Today, inspectors of the State Inspection for Ecological Surveillance under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan drove out to the Yudino building estate in Kazan. According to the citizens' reports, special-purpose equipment was operating on the site, and tons of sand were removed. This fact was confirmed during the raid – they revealed violation of Article 7.3 part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (The use of mineral resources without a license to use the mineral resources). According to the inspectors, a shovel crawler and 8 KAMAZ trucks were retained on the territory of the industrial facility on Revolutsionnaya str. in Yudino by fellow workers of the Secury Company Department No. 4 "Yudino" under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. At present, the work is carried out to identify the persons involved in the organization of the given violation. The damage inflicted on nature will be estimated.
