Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department inspected the sanitary state of Almetyevsk

A series of violations was revealed by ecological specialists in Almetyevsk in the course of a raid under the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign. The area of the littered territory of a scrap metal recycling plant of "KaPO" LLC in Tekhsnab village amounted to 30 m2. According to the company's representatives, the waste formed as a result of cleaning of the company's territory, and it was planned to remove the waste to the landfill of solid domestic waste in the nearest future. Nevertheless, waste piling in an unauthorized place violates the law. An administrative protocol was drawn up according to Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of municipal rules for beatification of the territories of communities and municipal units"). Another violation - illegal placement of waste on the soil - was also revealed on the territory of a sales and buying office. The littered area of the territory amounted to 150 m2. Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan initiated administrative proceedings to clarify the circumstances of the violation.
