Inspectors of the Northern Territorial Department revealed a series of violations in the course of a raid to Baltasi and Kukmor districts

State Inspectors of the Northern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out sanitary and ecological raids in Baltasi and Kukmor municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

All in all, 8 violations of the nature protection legislation by individuals were revealed in the course of inspection of the territory of Bolshoy Sardek rural settlement of Kukmor municipal district. Five (5) protocols were drawn up according to part 1 of Article 8.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the water protection regime"), and 3 protocols according to Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation  ("Failure to comply with the obligation to provide citizens with free access to the public water body and its coastal area").

Three (3) protocols were drawn up against individuals in Nizhnyaya Knya community of Baltasi municipal district according to Article 8.42 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of the special regime of carrying out of economic and other activity on the coastal protection line of the water body, water protection area of the water body, or the regime of carrying out of economic and other activity on the territory of the sanitary protection of the sources of potable and domestic water supply"), and 1 violation according to Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of municipal rules for beatification of the territories of communities and municipal districts") was referred to the Administrative Committee of Baltasi municipal district.
