The matters arising in the course of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign were discussed at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan along with their possible quickest solutions

A working meeting was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on discussion of matters arising in the course of monitoring of the sanitary and ecological state of territories of districts, and on the search of the quickest solution by joining the efforts. The meeting was held under the auspices of the Head of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ilkham Sabirov, with participation of Deputy Heads of Committees for External Beautification and Housing and Public Utilities of the Executive Committee of Kazan, as well as heads of Executive Committees of Laishevo, Verkhny Uslon and Zelenodolsk municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, Deputy Heads of Administrations of Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky, Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky, Sovetsky, Kirovsky and Moscovsky districts of Kazan.

The following matters were additionally discussed:

- joining the efforts aiming at favorable and operative review of the citizens' addresses received through such systems as the GIS "People's Control" and "School eco-patrol";

- arrangement by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan of planting of trees and bushes on the territory of the Admiralteysky Pond in Kirovsky district of Kazan on April 23, 2016, i.e. during the Saturday work campaign;

- organization of waste removal and beautification of territories on the day of a Saturday work campaign on April 23, 2016;

 - maintenance of a satisfactory sanitary and ecological state of roadsides of the highway M-7 "Volga" in Verkhny Uslon district;

- engagement of the representatives of public organizations in the events aimed at cleaning of forest and parkland zones in Kazan;

 - carrying out of a railway tour around Laishevo, Zelenodolsk, Vysokaya Gora municipal districts and Kazan to monitor the sanitary and ecological state of the territories adjacent to the railway tracks.

Following the results of the meeting, the joint decisions were made pertaining to the interaction with regard to revelation and solution of matters related to beautification of districts, as well as to consumption and production waste management. The tasks have been set for the participants to correct the revealed breaches within the shortest time possible.
