The offenders were held administratively liable in Almetyevsk district

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a raid on the territory of a wild quarry located in Almetyevsk district. A fact of illegal clay extraction in this quarry was revealed the day before. Moreover, in the course of the raid, inspectors revealed other violations, in particular, unauthorized placement of construction and domestic waste. The littered area of the territory amounted to 10 m2. Morphological analysis of waste showed that it can belong to the management company "Tatburneft" LLC since the documents of this company were found among litter. Moreover, unauthorized depositing of brushwood and branches was also detected on the quarry territory in the amount of 156 m2.

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department invited legal representatives of companies to the site of violation to clarify the circumstances and inspect the territory together.

To that extent, the offenders were held administratively liable according to Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of municipal rubles for beatification of the territories of communities and municipal waste management rules"). An administrative investigation is held.
