Results of the first day of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign were summarized at the Northern Territorial Department

Inspectors of the Northern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out raids in communities of Kukmor municipal district in the framework of the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign that started today. In general, according to inspectors' opinion, the sanitary and ecological state of lands is satisfactory. Nevertheless, they have revealed some violations of the nature protection legislation; protocols were drawn up against offenders according to Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to comply with ecological and sanitary&epidemiological requirements in the course of management of production and consumption waste, the substances destroying the ozone layer, as well as other hazardous substances").
