The offender was caught red-handed

In the course of a raid in Almetyevsk district, inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan "caught" an offender who was unloading wood waste (brushwood and branches) at the unauthorized site - on the territory of a wild quarry located at a distance of 4 km from Kulsharipovo village. The littered area of the territory amounted to 10 m2. The waste was stocked to the extent of 3m3. To that extent, an inspector of the South-Eastern Territorial Department drew up a protocol on the administrative offence according to Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to comply with ecological and sanitary&epidemiological requirements in the course of management of production and consumption waste, the substances destroying the ozone layer, as well as other hazardous substances").
