The officially established time frame for submission of reports in the field of waste management from small and medium business entities ended a month ago. Those who failed to submit the indicated reports will be held administratively liable according to Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Failure to comply with ecological and sanitary&epidemiological requirements in the course of management of production and consumption waste, the substances destroying the ozone layer, as well as other hazardous substances". The offenders include: "Volgasetstroy" LLC (Kazan), "RAMTEL" LLC (Naberezhnye Chelny), Production-commercial company "Ftorindustriya" LLC (Almetyevsk), "Buinsk Toplivo" LLC (Buinsk), Agricultural company ""Noviy put" LLC (Tetyushi), etc.
Amounts of fines:
- against officials - from 10,000 to 30,000 rubles;
- against persons carrying out entrepreneurial activity without formation of a legal entity - from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles (or administrative suspension of activity for up to 90 days);
- against legal entities - from 100,000 to 250,000 rubles (or administrative suspension of activity for up to 90 days);
As a reminder, according to Article 18 of the Federal Law "On production and consumption waste", small and medium business entities, whose economic or other activity results in waste formation, are obliged to submit to the state authorities the reports on formation, use, deactivation and placement of waste by giving a notice. Small and medium business entities liable to the regional state ecological surveillance should submit the reports to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on the annual basis before March 1st.
