Farid Abdulganiev visited today the health resort "Sosnovy bor"

Today, the delegation of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the Minister Farid Abdulganiev visited the health resort "Sosnovy bor" in Vasilyevo village of Kazan. The delegation was accompanied by Director General of "Sosnovy Bor" OJSC, Foat Gatin. A sports and fitness center, a mini-Zoo, swimming pools, and a concert hall were demonstrated to the partcipants of the delegation. Foat Gatin told the representatives of the Ministry of Ecology that today the area of the health resort amounts to 14 ha. It consists of seven bedroom blocks, a sports and fitness center, a concert hall, a laundry room, a beauty parlour, a parking lot, a cafe, and a restaurant. A unique internal medical facility has also been developed. He acknowledged that a lifelong status of a health resort allowed them to enter the international arena. The health resort is now the Republican brand. At present, "Sosnovy Bor" is famous not only in Tatarstan and Russia, but also abroad.

            A children's recreation camp located on the territory of the health resort arouse special interest of the Minister for Ecology. Director said that children from 7 to 16 years of age attend the camp, and the corresponding age groups are formed.The teaching staff with many years' experience elaborate curricula considering the interests of young people.Active learning games, contests, quizzes, tours, sports events and competitions, as well as various theatrical performances and disco parties are organized for the children every day.

                After visiting Farid Abdulganiev acknowledged that the health resort "Sosnovy Bor" operates on the highest level, and everything is equipped in compliance with today's standards. In the framework of the meeting, the Minister for Ecology and Director General of the health resort "Sosnovy Bor" discussed the possibility of arrangement of an ecological session during the summer period on the territory of the health resort.
