All in all, 10 facts of the illegal takeover of the coastal area have been revealed in the course of inspection of the nameless stream in Almetyevsk

Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department inspected the coastal area of the nameless stream in “Petukhovka” residential complex in Almetyevsk. In the course of the raid, 10 facts of the violation of Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Failure to comply with the obligation to provide the citizens with free access to a public water body and its coastal area”) were revealed. Moreover, a protocol was drawn up according to part1 of Article 8.45 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for the failure to comply with the requirements on equipment of economic units,located within the boundaries of the water protection areas, with facilitiesthat provide for protection of water bodies from pollution.The instructions of demolition of illegal constructions have been issued.
