Unauthorized constructions on the Prost River – an ecological raid was conducted in the Volga-Kama district of the Republic

Inspectors of the Volga-Kama Territorial Department arranged a raid to Chistopol district of the Republic to monitor the Prost River territory against compliance of nature users with the water legislation. The violations were revealed on the territory ofChetyrchi rural settlement–a fence was set up on the public coastal line around the sauna located at a 6-m distance from the coastal area. Another violation of the obligation to providecitizens with free access to the water body, the Prost River, was revealed on the land plot of Bolshoy Tolkish rural settlement – the owner of one of the land plots put up a fence restricting the access to the coastal area. Administrative protocols were drawn up with regard to the revealed violations according to Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, and the instructions were delivered to demolish the illegal constructions.
