Today, ecological specialists carried out thehelicopter overflight including Kazan, Vysokaya Gora, Pestretsy, and Laishevo. The greatest attention was paid to the coastal area of the Kazanka, the Mesha Rivers and Arkhiereyskoe Lake. A series of violations was revealed pertaining to Article8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation“Failure to comply with the obligation to provide citizens with free access to the public water body and its coastal area”.According to Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources — Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Environmental Protection, state inspectors will carry out fine-grained examination tomorrow following the results of the helicopter overflight.

Moreover, the facts of extraction of common mineral resources were revealed. At present, the work on inspection of authorization documentation for quarry development is carried out.
