The “Open House” is held at this very moment at the Ministry of Ecology

The “Open House” for entrepreneurs of small and medium businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan is held right at this time at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan (at 75 Pavlukhina str., office 209). The Minister for Ecology Farid Abdulganiev acknowledged that before March 1st, experts of the Ministry of Ecology are willing to provide any consulting assistance, and the “Open House” was arranged to that extent.  Specialists of the State Ecological Expertise and Standardization of the Environmental Impact and the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan will respond to the questions. As a reminder, the entrepreneurs of small and medium businesses are to submit the reports on formation, use, deactivation, and placement of waste formed as a result of economic or other activity before March 1, 2016. Those who are liable to the regional state ecological supervision should submit their reports on wastes on an annual basis to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, while the units of small and medium entrepreneurship of the federal level – to the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage for the Republic of Tatarstan. Reports are aimed at assurance of clear understanding of what wastes and in what quantity are formed by the entrepreneur, and to what specialized organizations such wastes are transported in compliance with concluded agreements. Should the entity fail to submit such reports before March 1st, various administrative sanctions supported by the courts of various instances shall be applied against small and medium entrepreneurship entities in compliance with Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation – a fine in the amount varying from 100 to 250 thousand rubles for a legal entity, from 30 to 50 thousand rubles – for sole entrepreneurs.
