Entrepreneurs of small and medium businesses are to submit reports on formation, use, deactivation, and placement of waste formed as a result of economic or other activity before March 1, 2016. This matter was discussed today during the briefing at the information agency “Tatar-inform”. Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan – Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of nature protection, Fayaz Shakirov, and Head of the Department of the State Ecological Expertise and Standardization of the Environmental Impact under the Ministry of Ecology, Raisa Shagidullina, responded to the questions of journalists. As it was acknowledged during the briefing, supervisory measures will allow to decrease the amount of unauthorized waste deposits on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As a reminder, should the entity fail to submit such reports within the given time frame, administrative punishment is envisaged in compliance with Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (Federal Law as of December 30, 2001 No. 195-FZ).
In compliance with Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, administrative fine shall be imposed on entrepreneurs:
On officials – in the amount varying from 10,000 to 30,000 rubles;
On the persons conducting entrepreneurial activity with no corporate status - in the amount varying from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles, or administrative suspension of activity for up to 90 days;
On legal entities - in the amount varying from 100,000 to 250,000 rubles, or administrative suspension of activity for up to 90 days.
