The regional exhibition “Ecology of the Cis-Kama Region” was held in Naberezhnye Chelny

Items and materials produced using the newest technologies of processing of recyclable materials were presented at the Museum of Ecology and Nature Protection. The regional exhibition “Ecology of the Cis-Kama Region” was held in Naberezhnye Chelny. The exhibition was devoted to the main trends of environmental protection and nature use, achievements and experience pertaining to preservation of the environment and nature sightseeing, as well as protection of rare species of regional flora and fauna. New methods of work and technologies regarding the main directions of the nature protection field and restoration of nature facilities were also demonstrated to the visitors. Experts of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, students of Naberezhnye Chelny branch of Kazan Federal University,  representatives of public organizations and citizens of Naberezhnye Chelny participated in the event.

The event was aimed at attraction of public attention to the problems of the environment, generalization of the experience on development and implementation of new technologies and projects in the field of rational nature use, as well as provision of the information on positive experience regarding implementation of ecological projects related to nature protection.
