The Conference of public movement “National Front “For Russia” was held in Kazan

The Conference of the Regional department of the All-Russian Public Movement “National Front “For Russia” was held in Kazan. The First Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Kamalov presented a report on the work carried out in the Republic of Tatarstan as to how to resolve the situation related to filling up of Volga near Zaymische village. He told about the events planned in the framework of the Year of water protection areas, and the tasks faced by ecological specialists. “At present, it is necessary to create such conditions so that the citizens would be able to use water facilities without damaging the environment. Such work is aimed at solution of top-priority tasks and it is regularly held in the Republic. Tatarstan is one of the first regions, where the work on salvage and recycling of out-of-commission and drowned vessels and their fragments in the water areas of the Kuybyshev and Nizhnekamsk reservoirs is carried out in order to ensure ecological safety of water resources”, acknowledged the First Deputy Minister Rustem Kamalov.

Besides discussion of the events planned for the Year of water protection areas in Tatarstan, the anti-corruption issues in the sphere of purchase of goods to meet state and municipal requirements, and support of the activity of socially oriented non-commercial organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan were also discussed during the conference. The results of public monitoring of the implementation of orders and enactments of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with regard to the top-priority trends of the state policy and the relevant issues of lives of the citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015 were discussed during the event, and the strands of work for the next year 2016 were defined.
