A regular anti-corruption meeting was held at the Ministry of Ecology

An extended meeting devoted to the International Anti-Corruption Day was held at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan under the aegis of the Anti-Corruption Minister. The following issues were on the agenda of the meeting:

1. Review of the “Anti-corruption monitoring following the results of the first half-year period of 2015” elaborated by the Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for Social and Economic Monitoring;

2. Report on the implementation of the departmental anti-corruption program for 2015 with review of the results of monitoring of the information on corrupt practices of the officials of the Ministry posted in mass media including Internet and hot line, as well as the information contained in the incoming addresses of citizens and legal entities;

3. Approval of the working plan of the Commission for 2016;

4. Review of the results of the public opinion poll on the state of corruption at the Ministry;

5. Report on the implementation of anti-corruption measures at the territorial departments in 2015.

All in all, Farid Abdulganiev highly appreciated the activity in the field of state service and corruption management. The Minister ordered to proceed with strict control of the appropriate budgetary expenditures and placement of government orders for internal requirements of the Ministry, as well as to receive citizens more actively and enhance the work with the population.
