The Minister for Ecology Farid Abdulganiev inspected nature protection technologies of the “TANEKO” company

The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Abdulganiev visited the complex of oil processing and petrochemical plants in Nizhnekamsk, where he inspected production facilities and familiarized with nature protection technologies used in the course of construction. In particular, he inspected treatment facilities of “TANEKO”, where in the course of purification they use the methods of separation, ultrafiltration with membrane bioreactors, sorption, and UV disinfection. Efficacy of waste water purification amounts, on the average, to 99.9%. Moreover, the Minister familiarized with the system of ecological monitoring. The state-of-art high-tech equipment, including a mobile laboratory, allows to cover the whole spectrum of required tests envisaged by the Russian and international legislations.

Farid Abdulganiev highly praised ecological activity of “Tatneft” PJSC during implementation of the “TANEKO” project. He specifically acknowledged the attention paid both to economic and ecological matters in the course of production operation.
