Fellow workers of the Ministry of Ecology participated in the “The Day of Forest Planting” campaign

Today, fellow workers of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the “The Day of Forest Planting” campaign that was held in the area of Voronovka village (Borovoe Matyushino). The campaign is annually held by the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan to foster careful attitude to forest. The events aimed at forest planting were held in every city and district of the Republic. All in all, more than 600 thousand ball-rooted seedlings obtained from the Forest Selection and Seed Center and bare-rooted plants from forest nurseries of forest stations have been planted in the Republic.

Comprehensive exercises aimed at working out actions in case of emergency oil spills were held in the Zainsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 11 months, 5,691 messages were received at the Republican Public Environmental Reception. Of these, 5,315 appeals are 93.3% of all received appeals, which have already been resolved.
