A citizen of Mendeleevsk was condemned to a three-day arrest for the failure to comply with the nature protection legislation

On April 13, 2015 during the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign held in Tatarstan, fellow workers of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of extraction of common mineral resources with no authorization documentation. Inspectors drew up a protocol against a citizen of Mendeleevsk, a sole proprietor Firdavis Nurtdinov according to part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for the use of mineral resources without a relevant license. A ruling was made envisaging an administrative penalty in the form of a fine amounting to 30 thousand rubles, although the offender didn’t make the payment on time. An administrative protocol was drawn up with regard to this fact according to part 1 of Article 20.25 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. During the court hearing, the proprietor admitted fault. Moreover, his guilt was fully proved by the administrative case materials. The court held to plead the proprietor guilty with regard to the administrative violation and to inflict administrative punishment in the form of administrative arrest for 3 days.
