First reports on offenders of the nature protection legislation have been received from citizens of Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk and Buinsk

Citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan are being financially encouraged for submission of the information on violation of the nature protection legislation. As of today, such reports have already been received from citizens of Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsk, Elabuga and Buinsk. In compliance with submitted photo - and video- materials regarding the facts of violation with registration of the offender and the vehicle, inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology drew up administrative protocols. The above indicated citizens who assisted in registration of the facts of discharge of consumption and production waste, as well as the facts of illegal quarry development (unauthorized extraction of common mineral resources), will receive 1,000 (one thousand) rubles within 5 working days.  Implementation of such a system will allow to foster the main efforts to identification and punishment of persons directly involved in this or that offence.

The payments will be made on the account of public funds of the Republic of Tatarstan in the framework of the state program “Protection of the environment, reproduction and use of natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020” within the limits of monetary means to be allocated to the Ministry.

Assistance in registration of violations is rendered upon the relevant application submitted via  eco.signal@tatar.ru, through Ministry’s online reception at http://eco.tatarstan.ru/rus/priem.htm, or by personal attendance of the applicant with attachment of a video and pictures of the violation.
