The annual campaign “Day for cleaning of water facilities” will be held on July 25th in Tatarstan

The annual campaign “Day for cleaning of water facilities” will be held on July 25, 2015 in Tatarstan under the auspices of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. In Kazan, the event will be held on Lebyazhye Lake. It is planned to clean the coastal area of the water facility and its bottom from litter. About 100 people will participate in it including fellow workers of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the Underwater Research and Development Team of the Russian Geographical Society, members of the Tatar department of the Russian Geographical Society, acoustically challenged young people who learn how to dive in the framework of the project “Expanding the boundaries”, as well as representatives of the Underwater Sports Federation, Lifesaving society, and ecological organizations. 

Anyone who feels like it can participate in the campaign that will be held from 10 am to noon. Everyone is to gather on the beach of Lebyazhye Lake.
