Thesportsunderwaterhuntingcompetitionswere held on the Volga River

Sports underwater hunting competitions devoted to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory were held on June 11 – 13thin the waters ofthe Volga River in the district of Zaymische village. OrganizersoftheeventincludedtheSubwaterActivityFederationof the Republic of Tatarstan, Voluntary Association for Assistance to Army, Air Force and Navy of the Republic of Tatarstan, “Marine meeting of the Republic of Tatarstan” LLCtogether with administration of Kirov and Moscow districts of Kazan. Thecompetitionswereheldintheindividual/teamevent.

SportsmenfromKazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Zelenodolsk, Chelyabinsk, Dimitrovgrad, Perm, Magnitogorsk, and Yekaterinburg participated in the competitions. TheteamfromKazanwasratedthefirst, the team from Dimitrovgrad was the second and that from Naberezhnye Chelny became the third. The catch was delivered to social establishments of Kazan. 

Thecompetitionwereaimedatinvolvementofcitizensin applied military sports, popularizationofunderwaterswimming, as well as identification of the strongest sportsmen in theRepublic of Tatarstanduring the 2015 season.
