A meeting with municipal formations regarding sanitary cleaning of territories of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Ecology in the form of a video conference
Today, theMinisterforEcologyandNaturalResourcesoftheRepublicofTatarstan, ArtemSidorov, held a meeting with municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstanregarding sanitary cleaning of territories of cities and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in the form of a video conference. OnMarch 18, 2015, aninstructionwas issued bytheCabinetofMinistersoftheRepublicofTatarstan “On holding of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign” from April 1 to June 1, 2015. The Minister urged officials of municipalities and administrative commissions to carry out active work on detection of violations and drawing up of administrative materials. The municipalities possess the whole spectrum of supervisory powers regarding maintenance of the appropriate sanitary state on their territories. Ingeneral, accordingtoArtemSidorov,the necessary organizational preparation for a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign in the Republic of Tatarstan is carried out as required. Zonal meetings regarding inspection of readiness for a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign will be carried out in all municipal formations of the Republic on March 19-24.
DeputyMinisterforEcologyandNaturalResourcesoftheRepublicofTatarstan, ChiefStateInspectorforEnvironmentProtectionRamilNizamovinformedontheresultsofatwo-monthsanitaryandecologicalcampaignin 2014 and the tasks set for 2015, on powers of the Ministry and municipal formations of the Republic to exercise control over beautification rules in the course of a two-month campaign, as well as on recommendations on drawing up of protocols under Article 3.6 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Mukharryam Ibyatov alsoparticipated. He reported on the results of work of officials of municipal districts of the Republicauthorized to draw up protocols underArticle 3.6of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 and told about the measures implemented with regard to municipal districtsfor the failure to fully exercise the delegated powers.
