In the course of raids aimed at detection of illegal snow storage sites, since the beginning of 2015, inspectors of the Northern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan have so far revealed 1 violation. In Baltasi district, a protocol was drawn up against an individual under Article 3.6 part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan, namelyviolation of requirements to the Rules ofexterior beautification, snow storage at the territory adjacent toprivate property. Snow is removed from streets and passages ofthe urban-type settlement Baltasi to special-purpose sites, and a land plot of 2.5 ha in area in the northern part ofthe urban-type settlement Baltasi was assigned for collection of removed snow. Neither snow deposits nor illegal snow storage sites were revealed on the inspected area of the urban-type settlement Baltasi.
No violations were revealed in Arsk and Kukmor municipal districts. Snow is removed from streets and passages to special-purpose sites. As for Arsk, a land plot of 5,358 sq. m in area was assigned as a snow deposit at a distance of 2 km to the north of Arsk.As for Kukmor district,a land plot of 3 ha in areawas assigned as a snow deposit in the North-Eastern part of the urban-type settlement Kukmor.
Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan have revealed a total of 18 violations since the beginning of 2015. In particular, 3 violations in Almetyevsk municipal district, 2 – in Bugulma municipal district, 3 offences in Leninogorsk municipal district and 10 in Nurlaty municipal district. Inspectors of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan continue work on detection of illegal snow storage sites.
