Activity of a company was suspended due to violation of the air protection law

Experts of the Cis-Kama Territorial Departmentcommenced administrative investigative proceedings by virtue of citizens’ addresses to the hotline regardinga smoking chimney and bad odor coming from theproduction plant located on 56/2 Tozelesh str., VSO district, Naberezhnye Chelny.Experts of the Specialized Inspection for Analytical Control under the Cis-Kama Territorial Departmentdrew samples at the sources of discharges, on the basis whereof a protocol was drawn up under Article 8.21 part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of the air protection rules” against Sole Entrepreneur A.G. Prokofyev. Case materials were referred to the Municipal Court for administrative activity suspension.By order of the Naberezhnye Chelny Court, the activity of Sole Entrepreneur A.G. Prokofyev was suspended for 30 days.
