Ecological specialists taught classes at the children’s teaching block of the Raifa Monastery

On February 5, 2015 the Headof the Department for the State Ecological Surveillance under theFederal Service for the Supervision of Natural Resources, Natalya Sokolova, conducted a lesson for the pupils of the children’s teaching block of the Raifa Monastery together with representatives of the Department of theFederal Service for the Supervision of Natural Resources for the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Natalya Sokolova told the pupils how important it is to take care of nature. Moreover, the film on the impact of waste on the environment and human lifewas demonstrated.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about the cluttering of the adjacent territory of the bunker for collecting municipal solid waste along Khusain Yamashev Street in the Novo-Savinovsky district of Kazan.
During the survey of the territory of the Buinsky district, inspectors of the Zavolzhsky department revealed a violation of environmental legislation. On the outskirts of the village of Mokraya Savaleevka, experts recorded the fact of dumping household waste.
Inspectors from the Priiksky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted an eco-lesson at Urussinsky school No. 2 in the Utazinsky district. Experts told the third graders what ecology is, and why caring for nature is a common cause that begins with small but significant actions by everyone.
Since January 1, the Republican Public Environmental Reception has received 5,886 appeals, and 5,439 of them have already been resolved by environmentalists.
