The agreement on cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and the All-Russian Public Ecological Movement “Green Russia” was signed at the Ministry of Ecology.The document was signed by the FirstDeputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin, and Chairperson of the All-RussianPublic Ecological Movement “Green Russia”, Konstantin Kurchenkov. The most active participants of the All-Russian Saturday Work Campaign “Green Russia” were invited to the acknowledgement ceremony that was held by Konstantin Kurchenkov and Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Anatoly Karpov. According to the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Sidorov, the Republic pays great attention to the matters regardingassurance of ecological safety in the Republic of Tatarstan. This work implies close interaction withpublic organizations.“Such global campaigns as the All-Russian Saturday work campaign are indicative of maturity of our society, its high-level ecological culture and active position. A series of large-scale socially and ecologically oriented campaigns are held at all schools of the Republic along with creative contests, scientific and educational seminars, youth forums, quarterly “lessons of cleanliness”with participation of the most prepared for pedagogic work proponents of public ecological organizations”, acknowledged the Minister of Ecology.He told about such social projects as “Public inspectors”, “School eco-patrol”, “Public control”, and about the Republican Youth Contestof Social Ecological Advertisement “Clear view”, and he also thanked all the participants for active work.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
