Theauctionsregardinggrantingoftherighttousesubsurface allotments of local importanceof the Republic of Tatarstan —“Baltachevskoe-2”inAznakaevomunicipaldistrictoftheRepublicofTatarstanto allow geological survey, exploration and mining of limestone, as well as in “Malo-Bugulminsky-2”in BugulmamunicipaldistrictoftheRepublicofTatarstanto allow geological survey, exploration and mining of brick earth, and “Urmancheevsky” in MamadyshmunicipaldistrictoftheRepublicofTatarstanto allow geological survey, exploration and mining of sand — wereheldattheMinistryofEcologyandNaturalResourcesoftheRepublicofTatarstan.
Notifications on the holding of auctions were placed onOctober 13, 2014 on the official website of the Russian Federation for placement of bidding-related information (http://www.torgi.gov.ru) and on the website of the Ministry.
All in all, it was announced that the auctionswould be held with regard to 10 subsurface allotments of local importanceof the Republic of Tatarstan. As of the cut-off date,i.e. November 12, 2014, all in all 20 applications to participate in auctions regarding 7 subsurfaceallotments, the auctions with regard to 3 subsurface allotments have been held today,with regard to other 4 subsurface allotments,the auctions were deemed to have faileddue to various reasons.

Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
