Decree of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology with regard tothe “Management company ‘AS Management’” CJSC was legitimated by theSupreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan

Decree of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on assignment of administrative punishment tothe “Management company ‘AS Management’” CJSC No. 444 as of July 10, 2014 for administrative offence envisagedby part 2 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (topsoil destruction, and damage of lands as a result of violation of specifications of other substances and consumption/production wastes harmful to the environment and people’s health) was enforced in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 40,000 rubles.
On October 15, 2014 the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan tried a case No. 77-1584/2014 in the form of a complaint of the representative of the “Management company ‘AS Management’” CJSC about the decision of the judge of Soviet district of Kazan as of August25, 2014 with regard to the caseNo. 12-846/14.
In compliance with the Pronouncement of theSupreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan, the decision of the judge of Soviet district of Kazan with regard to the caseon administrative offence envisaged by part 2 of Article 8.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation againstthe “Management company ‘AS Management’” CJSC was left unchanged, while the complaintof the representative of the “Management company ‘AS Management’” CJSC wasn’t satisfied.
Following the results of the case hearing, the decreeof the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative prosecution of the “Management company ‘AS Management’” CJSC was found legal and justified by the court.
