Kazan Federal University holds the International scientific conference “Ecological history in Russia: stages of establishment and projectedtrends of researches”

International scientific conference “Ecological history in Russia: stages of establishment and projectedtrends of researches” will be held in Elabuga on November13– 15, 2014. The event is organized by Kazan Federal University with the assistance of the European Society for Ecological History. The event is aimed at analysis of development of historical and ecological approach in the Russian historiography during the last decades, its modern state and prospects.In the framework of the conference it is planned to present the leading international magazine“Environment andHistory” issued by the European society for ecological history.
