Ecological campaign was carried out on the territory of the Blue Lake.

On October 14th, experts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan together with students of the Bioecology Department of Kazan Volga Federal University arranged cleaning of the territory of the Blue Lake. The event was held in the framework of the Decade of sanitary and ecological cleaning of territories of municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. All in all, 40 people participated in the Saturday work campaign. More than 50 bags of litter were collected within two hours.
The campaign is aimed at fostering of responsible attitude to natural resources and the environment, formation of ecological mindset, support and development of the system of continuous ecological education and enlightenment in the Republic of Tatarstan.
