Experts of the Ministry of Ecology familiarized with the motor fuel vapor recirculation systemat the gas filling station“FORT-RIMEX”

Experts of the Department for Environmental Protection under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected workof closed systems of discharge of oil products with collection of motor fuel vapors from reservoirsandfuel-dispensing units into road-tankers for further removal of vapors and their recuperation at the oil depots installed at gas filling stations of the “Company ‘FORT-RIMEX”LLC at 52B Gvardeyskaya str. of Kazan and 2 Zavodskaya str. in Obukhovo of Laishevo district.
In the context of the carried outwork regarding equipment of gas filling stations of the Republic, during the first stage–by the end of 2015 —about 260 gas filling stations were equipped with the systems for collection and recuperation of motor fuel vaporsin four large cities of the Republic – in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Almetyevsk. By the end of 2020, it is planned to equip gas filling stations in other cities and urban settlements of the Republic with these systems.
Equipment of gas filling stations with such systems will allow to considerably decrease discharges of pollutants into the air and to improve ecological situation in the Republic in general. Solution of this problem is especially relevant for large cities of the Republic with high building densityand considerable concentration of motor transport.
As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Today, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Ziganshin spoke at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event was dedicated to the start of the sanitary and ecological two-month period and environmental work plans for 2026 within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being".
Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
