The “round table” meeting regarding waste management in Russia was held at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia. Delegation of the Ministry for Nature Protection of the People’s Republic of China, Delegation of the UNIDO (specialized establishment of the UN), Delegation of the UNIDO International Center for Industrial Cooperationin Russia, as well as representatives of executive authorities participated in the event.
Discussion of matters regarding bilateral cooperation between thePeople’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation in the sphere of nature protection, including the issues of waste management, their recovery and compliance with the norms of ecological law were the main topic of the “round table”.
