Sole entrepreneur of Naberezhnye Chelny was carrying out activity with violation of nature protection legislation

Experts of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural resources of the Republic of Tatarstan inspected production capacities of the sole entrepreneur Krasotkina S.A. in Naberezhnye Chelny in the framework of the state ecological surveillance and air monitoring in the area of the village Elevatornaya Gora.
Experts of the specialized inspection for analytical control under the Cis-Kama Territorial Department drew samples at the source of emissions and analyzed them. It was revealed that in the course of use of the heating furnace, pollutants — saturated hydrocarbons, carbon oxide, nitrogen dioxide, methane, carbon dust — were emitted into the air without special permission, which violates part 1 Article 14 of the Federal Law “On air protection” as of 04.09.1999 under No. 96-ФЗ. Based on the results of sample analysis, the protocol was drawn up against sole entrepreneur Krasotkina S.A. in compliance with Article 8.21 part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Emission of pollutants into the air or harmful physical impact on it without special permission”. Furnace operation was suspended for 30 days by the order of Naberezhnye Chelny Municipal Court.
