Technical training of experts of territorial departments was held in Tetyushi municipal district

Technical training of experts of territorial departments was held in Tetyushi municipal district with participation of the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Sidorov. Experts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Department ofthe Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage for the Republic of Tatarstan, Department ofthe Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography for the Republic of Tatarstan,the Directorate for Combating Economic Crimes under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the State Unitary Enterprise “Research and manufacturing association for Geology and Use of Mineral Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan”discussed the issues regarding organization and assurance of the regional state surveillance for geological surveying, rational use of protection of mineral resources (with regard to the sites of mineral resources of local importance), as well as in the field of use and protection of water facilities, except for water facilities liable to the federal state surveillance. The following reports were read:
- “The procedure for conducting of the regional state surveillance for geological surveying, rational use and protection of mineral resources with regard to the site of mineral resources of local importance”;
- “Experience of Trans-Volga Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in assuring regional geological surveillance and surveillance in the field of the use and protection of water facilities”;
- “State geological surveillance in the field of use and protection ofsubterranean water bodies”;
- “Analysis of court judgments regarding repeal of decrees of administrative bodies on administrative prosecution in compliance with Article 7.3. of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation”;
- “Legislative framework andthe normative legal baseregarding use of the site of mineral resources of local importance of the Republic of Tatarstan”;
- “Designing of the use of mineral resources on the sites of mineral resources of local importance”;
- “General characteristics of development of exogenous geological processes on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan”;
- “Monitoring network ofexogenous geological processes on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan”;
- “Procedure for assurance of the regional state surveillance in the field of use and protection of water facilities, except for water facilities liable to the federal state surveillance”;
- “Results of the work conducted in 2014 by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan on demarcation of water protection areas and coastal protection belts of water facilities located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, on their entering into the state cadaster of real estate and on the prospects of the indicated work for the future periods up to2040”;
- “Legal regime of water protection areas”;
- “Powers of state authorities of the Russian Federation and local authorities in the field of water relations” and others.
Moreover, practical training was carried out with field trips to the facilities of the use of mineral resources “Maximovskoe”and “Salmanovskoe” in the area of Moximovka village of Tetyushi district.
