Inspectors of the Central Territorial Department found a waste deposit

StateInspectorsoftheCentralTerritorialDepartmentunder the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstancarried out an inspection of the sanitary and ecological state of the land plot with a cadastral number 16:50:170802:26 near Mirny village.Inspectors found an unauthorized waste depositincluding scrap brick, concrete and wood.More than 200 truckloads of construction waste were dropped on to this territory in June 2014. Byeffortsofthecitytheterritorywasearliercleanedduring a sanitary and ecological campaign.
The act of ecological inspection was drawn up with regard to the fact of violation, and the littered area was measured.
Atpresent, administrativeinvestigationiscarriedoutincompliancewitharticle8.2of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Incompliance with ecological requirements for waste management” and article 8.6,part 2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation“Land damage”, and the damage inflicted on the nature is being estimated.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
