Proponents of ecological movements were awarded following the results of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign

Representativesofecologicalmovements, participantsandorganizersofnatureprotectioncampaigns, aswellasecological and educational events who had taken active part in the two-month sanitary and ecological campaign in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 were awarded today at the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Artem Sidorov, gave Letters of gratitude. The Minister expressed his gratitude to all those who were present for their activity in holding nature protection campaigns, as well as ecological and educational events, and he also acknowledged great work that had been carried out in the course of the two-month sanitary and ecological campaignwith regard to surveillance over compliance with nature protection legislation, as well as revelation and liquidation of the sites of unauthorized placement of solid domestic waste.According to the Minister of Ecology, Artem Sidorov, representatives of mass media, heads of companies will be distinguished separately in the framework of the upcoming contests “Ecoleader” and “Man and Nature”.
