Inspectors of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department initiated an administrative investigation

Inspectors of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department conducted a raid in Naberezhnye Chelny near the village Elevatornaya Gora (44 Chapaeva str.), in the framework whereof monitoring and sampling of air was carried out. Following the results of analyses, excess of maximum allowable concentrations were revealed with regard to suspended substances, on the basis whereof experts of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department initiated an administrative investigation. In the framework of the investigation, the monitoring of the following manufacturing facilities with stationary emission sources located in the village Elevatornaya Gora was carried out: “FORTO” OOO, “CAPRI” OOO, Sole Proprietor D.L. Kaverin and Sole Proprietor L.A. Fomin.
Samples were taken at emission sources of these companies. Following the results of examination of industrial emissions it was found out that in the course of heating of facilities of these companies negative impact was exerted on the environment in the form of emission of dangerous pollutants into the air (carbonic oxide, nitrogen dioxide, and coal smut). Pollutants were emitted with no special permission.
Protocols on administrative violation of part 1 of Article 8.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Emission of pollutants into the air or harmful physical impact thereon with no special permission” were drawn up against “FORTO” OOO, “CAPRI” OOO, Sole Proprietor D.L. Kaverin and Sole Proprietor L.A. Fomin.
By the decision of the Naberezhnye Chelny Court, the activity of “FORTO” OOO and Sole Proprietor L.A. Fomin in the field of emission of pollutants into the air was suspended for 90 days, and the activity of “CAPRI” OOO and Sole Proprietor D.L. Kaverin was suspended for 30 days.
