Inspectors of the Cis-KamaTerritorial Department revealed violation of the nature protection legislation

Inspectors of the Cis-Kama Territorial Department revealed violation in the activity of the Limited Liability Company “TIS” in the course of an ordinary field examination. In the course of operation ofa powder coating curing oven the company emitted harmful pollutants into the air without special permission, which violates paragraph 1 of Article 14 of the Federal Law“On air protection”No. 96-FZas ofMay 4,1999.
The protocol on administrative violation of part 1, Article 8.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of air protection regulations” was drawn up against the legal body.
Case papers were referred to the Elabuga Municipal Court. By the court order, the activity of “TIS” LLC was suspended for30 days.
