Inspectors of the South-Eastern territorial Department prepared administrative material for non-fulfillment of requirements regarding equipment of facilities located within the boundaries of water protection areas

In the course of inspections of the territories of Leninogorsk Municipal District, inspectors of the South-Eastern territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan initiated administrative investigation against such companies as “Blagoustroystvo and Ozelenenie” (“Landscaping and Beautification”) LLC, “Neftestroy” LLC, as well as against certain sole proprietors carrying out economic activity in the water protection area of the river Kamyshla. Inspectors drew water samples of the river Kamyshla and revealed exceedance of the norms of maximum allowable concentration of copper.
Administrative material was drew up with regard to this fact in compliance with Article 8.45 part 1 (Non-fulfillment of requirements regarding equipment of economic and other facilities located within the boundaries of water protection areas, as well as constructions ensuring protection of water bodies from contamination, littering, sediment accumulation, and depletion of waters) against the above indicated companies.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
