The Federal Subsoil Resources Management Agency (“Rosnedra”) plans to create an interactive service “Subsurface user’s account”

The Federal Subsoil Resources Management Agency (“Rosnedra”) planstocreateaspecializedonlineportalfor subsurface users and representatives ofgeological organizations where one will be able to sign in to a “personal account”. Itwillallowtogainaccesstothedataontheprogramsofreplacement of the mineral raw material base, the state ofsubsurface use conditions and design documentation, as well as statistical and analytical information. Subsurfaceuserswillbeabletosend requests and suggestions to the “Rosnedra” with regard to inclusion of subsurface allotments into the licensing program andprograms ofgeological prospecting work at the expense of the federal funds.
According to the Minister for Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation, Sergey Donskoy, creation of such a service will provide for integration of the “Single window” principleinto the work of the Federal Agency, reduction of administrative barriers as a result of interaction of subsurface users with the “Rosnedra”authorities, ensure transparency of state functions and services on every stage of their fulfillment.
