Environmentalists issued an order to an enterprise in the Apastovsky district
As part of a preventive visit, inspectors from the Zavolzhsky department checked the organization, which is located in the Karatunsky rural settlement of the Apastovsky district.
During the inspection, environmentalists found that the company had not developed an Action Plan to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere during periods of adverse meteorological conditions.
The legal entity has been issued an order to eliminate the violation.
Preventive visits are conducted by employees of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with Article 52.1 of Federal Law No. 248 "On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation." As part of such events, environmentalists are authorized to inspect facilities, request necessary documentation, and take samples for subsequent analysis and examination.
