A section of the Kinderka River in Kazan has been cleared
On behalf of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, riverbed control measures were carried out on the Kinderka River near the Aki residential area of the Sovetsky district of Kazan.
Work on the left tributary of the Kazanka River has been underway since 2025. The main goal is to strengthen the coast and prevent erosion in case of possible flooding.
Over the past two years, work has been carried out to straighten the riverbed and form a road slope. This is a set of measures aimed at increasing the stability of the roadbed, protecting it from erosion and preventing deformations.
The work was carried out within the framework of the state program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Environmental protection, reproduction and use of natural resources".
It should be recalled that such events are aimed at preserving and restoring the republic's aquatic ecosystems, which is one of the main goals of the national project "Ecological well-being".
