A landfill with an area of 362 square metres has been eliminated in the village of Deukovo, Menzelinsky District

Staff of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out an on‑site inspection of the territory in Menzelinsky District.

In the village of Deukovo (Podgorno‑Baylarsky Rural Settlement), the unauthorised disposal of waste was detected — polyethylene film and packaging, as well as wooden containers.

The total area of the contaminated site amounted to 362 sq. m, and the volume of waste reached 72.4 cubic metres.

A warning was issued to the Executive Committee of the Podgorno‑Baylarsky Rural Settlement of Menzelinsky District regarding the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of environmental legislation.

To date, the violation has been eliminated.
